You're joining this beta program for features that are in pre-release phase and may still be significantly changed, discontinued or transitioned into paid offerings, at Forethought's sole discretion ("Beta Features").
You accept that these Beta Features are in a pre-release phase, may contain defects and are not expected to operate at the level of performance or compatibility of a final, generally available feature. Access to and use of the Beta Features are entirely at your own risk, and in no event will Forethought be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Beta Features.
Your access license to the Beta Features is temporary and Forethought can revoke it at any time. You acknowledge that Forethought has no obligation to release the Beta Features into general availability.
You'll keep the content about the Beta Features and beta program confidential and won't share outside your company.
You'll provide feedback to help improve the Beta Features as requested, and Forethought can use your suggestions without any restrictions.
Forethought may collect anonymized usage data to improve the feature, and you grant permission to Forethought to enter your account to monitor usage of the Beta Features, validate and improve its functionality, and provide support as necessary.
