The Driving Forces Behind Another Year of Company Growth, As We Look Toward The Future
This week, as the TechCrunch Disrupt Startup Battlefield 2018 winner, we are thrilled to take the Disrupt stage again. We have been busy since bringing home the trophy, growing the team from just five employees this time last year to over 20 today, including leading industry experts in Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Machine Learning, on top of continued momentum in building our global customer base.
Most recently, we launched Agatha Predictions (now called Triage), a state-of-the-art AI/NLU-powered, customer support solution. With one of the fastest deployments in the market, Agatha Predictions uses NLU technology, the newest development in the Natural Language Processing umbrella, to automatically tag and route tickets with up to 99% accuracy.
A few highlights on what the Forethought team has been up to lately:

- Announcing our recent partnership with Gusto, a cloud based, benefits and human resource management software for business
- Announcing Chris Manning, the “AI father of natural language processing,” as the newest member of the company’s advisory board
- Forethought will host a live webinar titled, “To-Bot-or-Not” on Thurs. October 17, during which Forethought’s founder Deon Nicholas will take a deep dive into tools that augment vs. automate in assisting customer support agents.
