SAN FRANCISCO, April 17, 2023 — Forethought, the leading Generative AI platform for customer support teams, announced today it has hired B2B marketing expert Mitchell Hanson as the company’s Vice President of Demand Generation to lead the development and execution of Forethought’s multi-channel marketing operations—driving demand, growing revenue, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Before joining Forethought, Mitchell has held senior leadership positions at several of the world’s fastest-growing, category-defining SaaS companies, including ZoomInfo, Hanzo, AskNicely, Zapproved, and Airship. During his tenure at these organizations over the last 15 years, Mitchell led successful marketing initiatives that helped achieve Inc. 500-level growth, international expansion, and upmarket success.

Mitchell is located in Portland, Oregon. He graduated from the University of Oregon with bachelor’s degrees in Social Sciences and Music, and continued graduate studies at the Portland State University School of Business with a focus on marketing strategy and advertising management.
